Manager of Human Resources/Executive Assistant
Riverland Energy Cooperative is seeking qualified applicants for a Manager of Human Resources/Executive Assistant located at our headquarters in Arcadia, Wisconsin. This position is responsible for direction and oversight of employee benefits, employee recruitment and retention activities and strategies, and management of employee professional development programs. Executive Assistant tasks include coordinating meetings and travel for employees and Board of Directors, assisting with the distribution of company-issued equipment and office supplies, and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications include an Associate degree in Human Resources Management and 3 or more years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources field. Experience with industrial workplace and a union environment strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, maintain professionalism and confidentiality of all information, be able to effectively multi-task and have proficient PC skills. Must be able to supervise, plan, schedule, and direct projects and be able to establish effective relationships with employees, members, and Board of Directors. Spanish speaking skills a plus.
